I wish I could rate them 0 I swear we bought the 20 piece promotional bucket 24 may stayed in store two hours waiting for the code called complaints department advised me it will be sorted by yesterday me and the person that complaint she got hers and I probably wasn't loud enough to be heard but no more being nice

Hungry Lion Selcourt Dissatisfying Bad service specifically, from the cook at Selcourt Tower's. Didn't want to prepare a meal recommend by the cashier's. She became sarcastic saying I should come make my own meal. Orders take forever to get ready, not to forget the dissatisfying taste. I really thought they would improve.im highly dissatisfied and they never take accountably I'm now stuck with eating chicken hard as biltong. We had ordered chicken and chips on 17 April 2026, chicken and chips were constantly going out BUT not our order, the cashiers are rude and ******, they kept telling us to wait for our number but people came after us and got their food. We experienced the same treatment a week before we had visited the Ridge branch and the cashiers had done the same thing to another Indian lady, so looks like your staff are ****** to Indians! My 8 year old was so hungry and tired because your staff made us wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, we then ordered ice cream because we saw that some people were ordering but when I went to order the ice cream they had said that the machine is not working. Something is definitely not right with that lot of staff, they should rather stay home and give the jobs to someone who would do the job properly!

I bought the 20 piece bucket promotion on the 23rd of May 2026 and scanned the QR code but it was not allowing me to scan it and immediately I sent through an email to them but no response yesterday Monday I called the customer care line and I was promised they would get back to me today again I reached out on the Facebook platform and they asked for a picture of my slip and my contact details together with my friends number whomever I would like to send the and free bucket to but after that they just went quiet they literally have shown not once but more that they don't care whatsoever about customers

My colleague bought the 20 pieces of chicken prom they had and she scanned the slip as per the instructions and put my number to receive the Wicode. That was Thursday the 21st of May 2026 and until today the 26th of May I still didn't receive the code on WhatsApp. I called their customer care number several times and they even gave me a reference number which doesn't help much because they keep on saying they are working on it. I would have let it go but they sent my colleague a message and said they sent the Wicode to me which I didn't receive. This looks like false advertising to me . As a company they must not advertise something they can't honor .
