My colleague bought the 20 pieces of chicken prom they had and she scanned the slip as per the instructions and put my number to receive the Wicode. That was Thursday the 21st of May 2026 and until today the 26th of May I still didn't receive the code on WhatsApp. I called their customer care number several times and they even gave me a reference number which doesn't help much because they keep on saying they are working on it. I would have let it go but they sent my colleague a message and said they sent the Wicode to me which I didn't receive. This looks like false advertising to me . As a company they must not advertise something they can't honor .
