We had ordered chicken and chips on 17 April 2026, chicken and chips were constantly going out BUT not our order, the cashiers are rude and ******, they kept telling us to wait for our number but people came after us and got their food. We experienced the same treatment a week before we had visited the Ridge branch and the cashiers had done the same thing to another Indian lady, so looks like your staff are ****** to Indians! My 8 year old was so hungry and tired because your staff made us wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, we then ordered ice cream because we saw that some people were ordering but when I went to order the ice cream they had said that the machine is not working. Something is definitely not right with that lot of staff, they should rather stay home and give the jobs to someone who would do the job properly!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE ****MERS AND ****S, THEY ADVERTISED A WINTER SPECIAL FOR R900 FOR 24 LESSONS IN 2026 JUNE AND HAVE NOT HAD A LESSON SINCE THEN, THEY HAVE NOT PAID APPOLLO SECONDARY SCHOOL AS WELL AND NOW THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND RAN AWAY!!! YET ARE STILL SENDING INVOICES EVERY MONTH, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Unprofessional staff, when you request to speak to the Manager or ask for the manager's name I am told that they are not allowed to tell us. I enrolled my son since May 2024. During winter the heaters were switched off, my child had to swim in cold water. In May 2025 they had advertised a promo and payment needed to be in by July, all off a sudden the pool is under maintenance from July till now and catch ups are promised. How do we catch up 2 months of lessons in 4 weekends? They demand payment for the month yet they say there are no lessons, they are rouges! My lawyers will dealing with this company and their staff. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!
Pathetic service from the staff at Global Parts Online. #Never order from them!!!! Willem responded to my online request for a Fiat Strada Ignition, I tried contacting him but no answer then a woman answered but had no idea what I was talking about as if I called the wrong company. I call the next day requesting an Invoice so I can pay and get the part couriered to us, 2 days later Mariska arrogantly said she will help, received the Invoice, we made a payment, we receive a waybill stating overnight delivery, the next day I try and track out package and nothing, I call the couriers and the staff says that nothing was picked up. So I go into the reviews only to see customers complaining about the company, so it looked like it's their pattern with all their customers. I then phoned Erika requesting a refund for the courier charges and I will get my own courier there. I requested pics of the part to make sure its the correct part and Erika says "the part looks small" now this is when I started to get angry as this company messed me around from the first email off saying yes we have your part. I immediately requested a FULL REFUND!! Luckily for them, the money was refunded the next day! DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP!
