ROUGES AND ****S!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE ****MERS AND ****S, THEY ADVERTISED A WINTER SPECIAL FOR R900 FOR 24 LESSONS IN 2026 JUNE AND HAVE NOT HAD A LESSON SINCE THEN, THEY HAVE NOT PAID APPOLLO SECONDARY SCHOOL AS WELL AND NOW THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND RAN AWAY!!! YET ARE STILL SENDING INVOICES EVERY MONTH, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Great service
I have the best experience with Buccleuch Sandton branch. My Instructor Tina is patient and soft with us beginners. I’m only giving it a 4 coz I have only been with them for a month. I will come back again after my second/third month

Great service

Simply the best
Pool academy aquatics Buccleuch is exceptional and great. The coach is the best and really knows what she is doing. They have adult and children class. I attend there with my daughter. The academy is so good I recommended it to to my niece and nephew.

Simply the best
Pool academy aquatics Buccleuch is exceptional and great. The coach is the best and really knows what she is doing. They have adult and children class. I attend there with my daughter. The academy is so good I recommended it to to my niece and nephew.

Zero communication, it's frustrating!!!!!!!
Regret ever signing up with this academy. For a longest time, I was so unhappy with their service and decided to just deregister my son because their level of unprofessionalism is unmatched. I then paid my account fully and even paid their deregistration fee. Since last year early November, I'm trying to get hold of them with no luck, they ignore all my communication both via email and WhatsApp. What's shocking is they keep sending emails for invoices and texts on WhatsApp about handing over my "owing account" because it's long overdue. What the f***????

Review of Pool Academy Aquatics (Chatsworth – Apolo Secondary & Westville Branches)
My experience with Pool Academy Aquatics has been nothing short of unacceptable. At the Chatsworth (Apolo Secondary branch ) , the facilities were poorly maintained and the staff disorganized. The most serious issue, however, was that they cancelled nearly all of the lessons we had already paid for upfront. We paid for 24 lessons, and not a single one was honoured. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they do not reply to queries — it feels as though they are deliberately evading responsibility. Communication is vague, unreliable, and frankly disgraceful. For the fees charged, this level of service is indefensible. These people need to be taken to task for failing to deliver on their commitments. I strongly advise others to avoid Pool Academy Aquatics if they are looking for professionalism, reliability, and respect for their customers

Don't sign up, it's a ****!
This academy is a ****, I paid for lessons and was ignored when I asked when the classes will start. I paid in end November for December classes and to date those classes have not happened yet I'm now getting billed for more. it's a ****, you have been warned!

I Avisha Lall was a service provider for Pool Academy Aquatics for two of their branches which were Chatsworth in Apollo Secondary School and Westville. Poor to zero communication - I feel ****med!
Extremely Disappointed with Pool Academy Aquatics - No Response via email or the watsapp line. When i signed up my kids I paid in full upfront, but I have been receiving billing invoices, sent numerous emails and watsapp to query this with no response, besides false information on the pools being heated or switched on at the Chatsworth branch is really sad, as some days with overcast weather we looked forward to heated pools. The only positive feedback i have is that coaches are amazing, but the admin or management of the company is very very disappointing to say the least. When searching for alternate numbers for different branches there is none. There is only 1 email 1 contact cell number for an international recognized company, I truly feel ****med. They sent out a msg in November they are doing system upgrades and venue change for Chatsworth yet not a single response, i have been sending watsapps and emails and till date not even a reply nor a call back. very very disappointed. i will never recommend this company.
