I bought the 20 piece bucket promotion on the 23rd of May 2026 and scanned the QR code but it was not allowing me to scan it and immediately I sent through an email to them but no response yesterday Monday I called the customer care line and I was promised they would get back to me today again I reached out on the Facebook platform and they asked for a picture of my slip and my contact details together with my friends number whomever I would like to send the and free bucket to but after that they just went quiet they literally have shown not once but more that they don't care whatsoever about customers
Very disappointed. I bought Campus sneakers for my son and within a few months they are already coming apart. When I returned to the store, they couldn’t assist immediately and said they need to send pictures to head office and only respond days later. Poor quality and inconvenient customer service. But when we buy they don't need approval from head office for us to make purchases
When we buy there product they don't tell us about having to wait day for them to send out technician I don't know how is it my problem as a customer that you are out of testing spares and I have to wait another 2-3 working days this is pathetic for such a big brand
Unfortunately there's no ZERO rating again I must struggle to get technicians to my place due to a faulty tv that I bought they don't even answer there phones
Unfortunately they don't have a zero rating but I have since called the moa store letting them know of the funny sound and leakage my new fridge has I have tried to again call the store and also email the manager up to date I have not heard from them
Bought a bicycle in September only starting using it in October it has already given me problems within a week of them fixing it iy has yet again given me problems and they have the nerve to tell me they only cover the frame and also about the 7 days warranty so what they basically telling me is that i only bought the frame and what about the imp**** 6 months warranty these people will take you for a ride
Site Step Mall Of Africa terrible service from both the store and head office I have tried to reach them on all platforms but to no avail they had promised to call me back till today no call from them and according to CPA a person is allowed refund as long as the items are still in a box with the original receipt and package you guys are a ****
I have never had to go through what I was put through by thr store manage at Game mall of africa he doesn't care about customers 😒 too sad
Unfortunately there's no zero rating but I'm so disappointed with the takealot delivery driver who was so rude and even taking back until the guy he was woth actually apologized on his behalf he even said you can go ahead and report me I don't care how do you even as a driver call a customer to say stand outside I'm on my way not even to say you are outside this is terrible to say the least
Unfortunately there is no rating of 0 so I just gave a rating of 1 star even after I escalated my complaint to the ombudsman and you were told to give my full refund you guys are still refusing to refund me, after having to deal with a very rude store manager as well wow this is just too much really
