Our whole residential block's internet went off on Thursday Morning 26/05/21. We informed Herotel, but they did nothing. Friday morning we called again, and they said it would be fixed by 11. 11 came and nothing was fixed. Saturday the whole day we were off. At 16:00 we got a sms that read, "internet problem resolved" but mine was still off. I called probably 30 times. No one seems to want to help. I called the manager, but he doesnt pick up or read his messages. It's now Sunday, going on Monday and still I don't have any internet. This is pathetic. No one wants to help. The so called Manager doesn't answer his phone or try to help. Useless pathetic service by Herotel.
On 7 January 2025 I got a sms that states that my Cell C account wasn't paid for December. I Iooked on my bank statements and it does show that I paid my account on the 19th of December via PayPast on their app. I called Cell C, but as usual, they couldn't help me at all. Not long after that, I got a email from the Cell C collection people stating my account is overdue and I need to pay the R485. ***. I always pay via payfast, but now suddenly they don't pick it up. I don't have time to sot sort out their **** Payfast System. I need this account to be sorted out and corrected ASAP.
What a useless company. The technician who installed my tracker, *****ed up, and now my alarm is going off throughout the day and night. I've called the call centre technical department, but as usual, they make alot of promises to call you back and the Superviser are on it etc. But no one calls you back. I want this piece of **** tracker out of my car. I'm going back to Netstar. I have never had any issues with them. This is the worst service I've ever had from any company. I will never recommend cartrack to anyone anymore. 😡😡😡😡
Best and safest way to buy and send goods. Would recommend anyone to use them.
I am so dissapointed in Rochester. Bought 2 x Leather Couches in December 2020. But before i bought it, i asked Roger on the live clieent help chat line if the couches were in stock, and i was told they were. So i bought 2. After almost 20 working days, i started asking when the delivery will be. I was then told that it is in fact out of stock. I am sooo ****ed off. And now they cant even tell me when it will be back in stock. If i knew this, i wouldnt even have bothered spending money there.
This is the second time in 2 month that Road Protect is deducting money from my account without me even being a member, or without my consent. They are doing fraudulent business. I am going to open a case of fraud against this company at the police station if they don't pay me my money back. And take me off your system. This is the last time i warn you guys. ****ing Criminals
I am so ****ed off right now. Your company called me and let it sound that you guys are from Netstar, and said that the road protection policy is part of my netstar plan. I asked the person that called me specifically if it was free, and he said yes, there are no extra charges. So this morning i woke up to 2 R95 debit orders. I didn't ask or want it. I want the policy to be cancelled and my money paid back or i will open a case of fraud against your company.
I was in a accident on the 21st of November and my car was written off by Santam's assesor. I couriered (on my own account) my spare keys and car booklet to Santam so that they can begin the pay-out process on Thursday on the 5th.. I called the Lady that was dealing with my claim, and she indicated that she received my spare key and booklet, snd that she will start the process so that i can get the payment. Monday morning, i talked to another person and he indicated that nothinf has been done yet. So i called Santam again, i was told the pay-out still havent been approved as of yet. I am so ****ed. I am doing everything thay ask me to do. Bur then take their time to pay me out. My new car have already been approved and just waiting for my deposit. But doesnt seem to bother Santam. Everything is happening at a snails pace. How long do i have to wait for someone to just ****** approve my payout. Ive lodged a complaint at santam self, but still havent even received any feedback.
<p>On the 29 June I applied for my line to be moved to my house. In the same town, just one street below my old house. I put in a online order for line moving, seeing as they state it will be 2 working days then you will gave a date on when they will move your line. After a week I heard nothing. I called and they said they couldn't find my adress on their system. I had to physically send them a google maps screenshot of where my house is. I even send them my neighbour's house telkom phone number, but to date, they still havent done a thing. How long must I wait? Can I point out that Telkom Is using false advertising saying that we, the clieents will know within 2 working days when our libes will be moved". And even when I call the call centre on 10213 they also dont have a clue. I am so Mad at the moment. Please can I get this sorted out ASAP!!</p>
