Herotel Ladismith

Worst ****en experience with Herotel lately in Ladismith, Western Cape. I've been without internet for more then 2 weeks now. I keep on calling them mind you with my airtime because everytime they said they will call me back but that never happens. Im still waiting for them to come out and restore my internet connection. So they expect me to pay for a full month where for more then half the month i didnt even have internet connection.

Very upset and dissapointed client

Been a client of BNA for two years now and this is my 3rd car i bought at them. Good service during the deal but after the deal is done the like to ghost you. I trade in my car 3weeks ago and it hasnt been settled yet. So now im gonna pay two payments for the new car and the trade in car that i dont even have anymore. Everytime i ask them either they dont reply or they keep telling me they are working on it. The same goes for my Natic Doc. the temp is gonna expire this monday14/08/23 and i havent receive my Natis. Please fix it!!!
