What a complete waste of Time. Do not waste your money going with this ISP. their aftersales service is completely useless and ***********. I tried to have my line migrated from 200mbs to a 100mbs Business line. It has been almost 3 months, and nothing has happened apart from, downgrading me to the incorrect package, the kicking the can down the road from the business team and scheduling an installation and not arriving at all without replying to communication from this useless company. I am saddened that hellopeter does not allow negative star reviews!
Elite Mobile are a bunch of Crooks, Vodacom should be ashamed of giving them Direct Dealer awards as they claim in their website! I was called but them pitching a laptop deal to me, the telesales person pitched this wonderful and highly specked laptop to me i7 8g Ram 1TB hdd etc to the value of R15K+, only for me to realize when they sent through the paperwork it was a Celeron and not close to the value of R15k I immediately told the lady to cancel the deal as this is not what she had told me a few minutes ago. A few days later I received a call from some at elite mobile stating that Vodacom cannot debit my Tyme bank account. I told them that this deal was canceled and I will not be providing them any other banking details. Elite mobile tried to debit my Tyme bank account on 5 occasions unsuccessfully even though I called them on 3 occasions telling them to stop. They are truely a shady company and I have no idea why Vodacom would do business with them.
