Based on recent customer reviews, Elite Mobile is drawing significant frustration from Vodacom subscribers who feel misled by telesales agents. Customers consistently mention being promised cheaper packages or restructured contracts, only to receive higher bills and unauthorised add-on subscriptions. A recurring theme is persistent cold calling, with many describing repeated daily calls despite requests to be removed from databases. Reviewers also raise concerns about unauthorised debit orders, unresolved cancellation requests, and poor follow-up from the call centre. A small number of customers acknowledge product variety, but trust and transparency remain the dominant pain points.

Spammers of note. I get at least 5 to 8 calls A DAY from Elite mobile, 7 out of 8 times they just drop the call, and one of the 8 times they want to sell me a contract I do not want. How is this a workable business model? I did not give them permission to call me, and what they are doing borders on harassment.

I was called by Elite Mobile to do an upgrade on my Vodacom account, and it has been a disaster from start to finish. The Courier Mess: RAM Couriers claimed they "couldn't find the address." The Proof: I literally had to show the Elite Mobile consultant my address on Google Maps to prove it exists. The Ghosting: She promised to speak to her supervisor and call me back immediately. Surprise, surprise—no call back. It’s easy for Elite Mobile to phone you and sell you a contract, but when it comes to actually delivering the handset or solving a problem, they disappear. Save yourself the stress: If Elite Mobile calls you for a Vodacom upgrade, just hang up. After years of loyalty, it’s clear my business isn't valued. 😡 #EliteMobile #Vodacom #RAMCouriers #CustomerServiceFail #SouthAfrica

These people will call you up to 5 times a day trying to migrate your contract to something else under the message that it will not effect your upgrade date. This is an absolute lie as it does affect your upgrades. Further, who gave Vodacom permission to share my data with Elite Mobile?

Received a call from a representative of elite mobile saying that I wasn't using sms's and call minutes on some of my contracts, also saying she could help me pay less and restructure my contracts.. However ended up paying more the next month and am expected to pay again this month after I requested to revert it back to the initial contract agreements... I'm so ****ed off and am considering canceling all four my contracts. With vodacom

I immediately cancelled the contract after they sent me the quotation but alas an hour later I get an SMS saying my order has been successfully processed and the courier guy would be in attach with a waybill number.Would you please cancel the contract upgrade quotation as I requested cancellation immediately after I received the quotation,
