ELITE MOBILE & VODACOM: A MASTERCLASS IN BAD SERVICE 🚫

I was called by Elite Mobile to do an upgrade on my Vodacom account, and it has been a disaster from start to finish.

The Courier Mess: RAM Couriers claimed they "couldn't find the address."

The Proof: I literally had to show the Elite Mobile consultant my address on Google Maps to prove it exists.

The Ghosting: She promised to speak to her supervisor and call me back immediately. Surprise, surprise—no call back.

It’s easy for Elite Mobile to phone you and sell you a contract, but when it comes to actually delivering the handset or solving a problem, they disappear.

Save yourself the stress: If Elite Mobile calls you for a Vodacom upgrade, just hang up. After years of loyalty, it’s clear my business isn't valued. 😡
