Received a call from a representative of elite mobile saying that I wasn't using sms's and call minutes on some of my contracts, also saying she could help me pay less and restructure my contracts.. However ended up paying more the next month and am expected to pay again this month after I requested to revert it back to the initial contract agreements... I'm so ****ed off and am considering canceling all four my contracts. With vodacom

I have a contract with vodacom with two phones for one price. I have been paying for airtime on one sim and the other is a open line where I receive minutes and data every month. I have only been receiving R75 airtime and 100 minutes with 600mb data. VODACOM has upgraded my plan at no additional cost to me and increased the amount in airtime, data and minutes without also increasing my installments for this year. Thank you vodacom.
The recommended retail selling price on 2 litre plastic bottle returnable coke is 17 rand. But most shops inflate prices to ridiculous amounts some even charging 28 rand. Coke doesn't give a **** about thier customers that are struggling during this hard times and allow the guys that buy thier products to manipulate prices and hurt the consumer.
I recently took out a Samsung S22 2 for 1 contract, after trying for a week to apply at GAME cresta who's systems were offline. I managed to get it approved at GAME clearwater. The issue now is that they can't seem to scan the sim cards at the till using the stock code they have. Now my contract was approved but I don't have my phones. The sales person says the issue is with the head office and the code provided to them can't scan at the till.
They are quick to demand payments from you and will message you all the time with promises. But they have not been responding me since I made my payments, promises were made that all will be done on Friday but they didn't even have the decency to reply to me even though I could see the person named claudine was online. I'm going to the ombudsman with this and will be involving my lawyers
Can't even get a hold of a customer service representative to assist me work my query, I have been having this problem with them for almost 5 years now and it's destroying my life and making things very difficult for me right now.
