Order processed despite request for cancellation
I immediately cancelled the contract after they sent me the quotation but alas an hour later I get an SMS saying my order has been successfully processed and the courier guy would be in attach with a waybill number.Would you please cancel the contract upgrade quotation as I requested cancellation immediately after I received the quotation,2 replies

Immediate EFT***not so immediate after all
I am so disappointed with Discovery Bank, I made an immediate EFT payment on the 25th of November until today that transaction hasn't been received by the recipient but the deducted the funds from my account and even charged me for the immediate payment as per request. This is not fair practice at all.3 replies

Makro Online Returns are ****py...DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE SHOP
I bought a 4 slice Mellerware Doppio Sandwich Maker in February which turned out to be a 2 slice sandwich maker and even the 2 slices do not fit in properly, logged in a return with Makro and my reference number is 48621, please Makro come and collect your product and refund me my money, have made several follow ups with no success....DO NOT SHOP FROM MAKRO ONLINE4 replies

Parcel stuck at customs....grrrr
<p>Sent a parcel with DHL to Zimbabwe, it was supposed to be a surprise birthday day present for my grandmother tomorrow but it still stuck in customs clearance, had to call DHL to find out what's happening, scanned and sent slips for verification of goods value, still nothing, so frustrated.....right. now. Won't use Dhl again, maybe FEDEX is much better</p>3 replies
