Order processed despite request for cancellation

I immediately cancelled the contract after they sent me the quotation but alas an hour later I get an SMS saying my order has been successfully processed and the courier guy would be in attach with a waybill number.Would you please cancel the contract upgrade quotation as I requested cancellation immediately after I received the quotation,

Elite Mobile stop trying to initiate a delivery on the quotation I didn't even sign and immediately informed you to cancel and stop. I won't pay any delivery charges.
