These people will call you up to 5 times a day trying to migrate your contract to something else under the message that it will not effect your upgrade date. This is an absolute lie as it does affect your upgrades. Further, who gave Vodacom permission to share my data with Elite Mobile?
I recently had to redo my pool after a very bad experience with a supplier that did epoxy on my pool. Malvern and his team came out to check the piping for leaks and found all in order. They gave me a quote on the same day to re-marbelite my pool. I accepted the quote and the team started the very next day, Water into a bladder, chipping the surface, and a pool like new, Team members were friendly and hard working. Malvern the owner was regularly on site and always there to answer whichever questions I had. Great company to work with.
Have dealt with this company now twice on fitting a Multimedia head unit to my car. First, the units fitted are of exceptional quality and rich in features. Second, being a tech fanatic, I picked up a component not working 100% and they went out of their way with their overseas supplier to fix and develop a software patch that is functioning. Extremely professional and satisfying dealing with them. I phoned Monday morning, had a quote within 15 minutes, confirmation of installation for Wednesday. Had a call that they could do the installation on Tuesday. On time and extremely professional and clean service. Would recommend Caro and the team at anytime.
I placed an order on the 12th of Agust 2020 for just under R3000 for a specific item, paid got all the emails from them with my invoice and order number. On the 14th I get an email with ETA saying my order will be dispatched be in the week of 24-31 August. I was a bit negative as this is a product stated as in stock!!!! But thought high volumes ......... blablabla....... On the 28th Aug I went to the online chat and got the most snottiest reply I ever saw from Julianna......."It will ship in the week of 24-31 August and I will get an email." Julianna I now suspect is just a pre-programmed chatbot. None of the phone numbers actually work. Message them on Facebook and were promised a call back within a few minutes........Okay, they did not state from when the few minutes start. A company based in SA with a product stated as in stock cannot be delivered. Their web-site T&Cs are therefor lies where they state, and I quote "Delivery takes place within 5 to 21 working days after payment being received, however we normally ship within 10 working days after."
