Pooor service from Herotel
Herotel cable damaged after storms in Worcester. I reboot it. Ref no3879775. They said they wil send a technician yesterday but still no response from them or feedback. Phoned 5 times today all the keep on saying is that they will phone back but no success. My address 8 Hugenoot straat Worcester Wes. 083 283 7420. Please call me back on 069 833 8783!!!!!!!!! Good day i urgently need assistance
Good day i urgently need assistance. I requested a port in from MTN TO Telkom. But it has been 3 weeks and still no luck. So now I have a new number after I really very nicely requested that my number should not Change!!!!!!! I need this matter solved urgently. I have asked for feedback everyday but no luck!!!! My old number is 083 283 7420. Which i urgently need ported and working. New number they gave me 069 833 8783 . Please urgently assistant. Stacey Williams.
