I am writing this as a very frustrated and ********** customer. We use Axxess to supply our internet at our farm/lodge. Unfortunately due to a lightening strike our routers were blown. Our routers were then replaced with the recommended router at a lot of money. This was done in March 2026. The IT guy then configured the routers in March and switched them on to check that they were working. I then was able to take the routers out to the farm and plug them in. Unfortunately this only happened in April 2026. Between March and April axxess decided that the routers that i had just purchased they were no longer going to support and because I only managed to plug the router in in April there is nothing that they can do about it. What is now happening is that axxess keep switching my router off. This will happen numerous times a day and involves many phone calls to turn it on again and then in an hours time they just switch it off again. according to them, there is no solution accept for me to buy new routers that they are now compatible with. I find this totally unacceptable and terrible terrible service from their part. This has been an ongoing fight since April and i am now fed up and exhausted. I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone as they do not care about their clients! Very very disappointed.

since joining just over a week ago i havent had a day of joy. buffering even with my LAN cable. phoning every day for assistance. Wrong updates on the system. my address was given to vuma but also wrong. they closed the ticket. spoken to someone named Luthando who told me he will assist perosnally but never came back to me. spoken to so much agents even i can become one. same tests over and over again. i dont even know why say calls is recorded as you employ *********** people. sometime they just put the phone down and it takes about 10 minutes to get through. i want my money back. you just as teribble as the rest

your service is terrible your callcenter agent gave bad service i installed your fibre saturday after waiting for 1week for installation yet I cant use it i spoke to your agent sanelisiwe gave me terrible service i requested to speak to a manager she told me the manager is busy!- and said her manager name is snazo- you in breach of your own contract- I want this service cancelled and my refund!

My WiFi has been down since Saturday, have been calling the support number for hours and hours no reply, tried WhatsApp support still no one response, thinking of cancelling my subcontractors and get a better service provider

When the internet works its great, when it does't then I never get support. Always the same scripted support, reboot, reset, speedtest via cable. Always just L1 support nobody ever transfers to next level support. When I aske to speak to a manager then nothing, nobody ever calls me back.

I app**** for a wifi serivice and paid the fees. 3 weeks later I have not been connected. The worst part is that their online chat and phones are so busy that on average I had to wait or hold on for an hour. Only to be told each time that only the line to my place is down and Vumatel will cone fix. Vumatel comes after a few days and pretends to have fixed it but the same problem persists. I decided to cancel the service on the basis that they have failed to deliver the promised service and their best response was to attempt to debit my account with the FINAL invoice for a service that was never delivered. They don't respond to my emails and there is virtually noone to ask or talk to regarding the account unless you are prepared to wait for an hour. This is the WORST service I have ever received from an ISP

Extremely poor service. I am so disappointed in axxess and their poor service, i have been begging for service since the 3rd of this month till date, I requested for service was told the fiber line has an active ISP, i must provide proof of address and a photo with the fiber ONT showing serial number so they can try to activate.I spoke to Lonwabo who called Vumatel and gave me a call back to say all has been sorted and axess had sent me a payment link. After I told him that if this is not sorted by the end of yesterday, I am approaching another service provider, DO NOT USE AXXESS AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, IF YOU WANT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY WILL ***** FROM YOU AND GIVE 0 SERVICE I just spoke to technical support and the line is not activated got an error email after paying saying activation failed due to ONT being when it was actually On. What a terrible service, i want my refund and will approach a different service provuder
