I am writing this as a very frustrated and ********** customer. We use Axxess to supply our internet at our farm/lodge. Unfortunately due to a lightening strike our routers were blown. Our routers were then replaced with the recommended router at a lot of money. This was done in March 2026. The IT guy then configured the routers in March and switched them on to check that they were working. I then was able to take the routers out to the farm and plug them in. Unfortunately this only happened in April 2026. Between March and April axxess decided that the routers that i had just purchased they were no longer going to support and because I only managed to plug the router in in April there is nothing that they can do about it. What is now happening is that axxess keep switching my router off. This will happen numerous times a day and involves many phone calls to turn it on again and then in an hours time they just switch it off again. according to them, there is no solution accept for me to buy new routers that they are now compatible with. I find this totally unacceptable and terrible terrible service from their part. This has been an ongoing fight since April and i am now fed up and exhausted. I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone as they do not care about their clients! Very very disappointed.
I ordered food from the Shanghai restaurant for delivery. The delivery time said it would take 35 minutes. After 75 minutes I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and they said that it was ready but that there was no sign of the Delivast driver. I then decided to collect my food and requested a refund from Delivast as they were unable to supply the service that I had paid for. Delivast refused to refund me because I had collected my order. I am not sure how long they expected me to wait for my delivery.... totally shocking service and response to my request for a refund
DO NOT USE Hollard travel insurance when you are travelling. They have made the claiming process for missed flights so incredibly tedious that it is almost not worth the time and effort to claim from them. My claim is very straight forward yet I am struggling to get anywhere with them.
