I app**** for an internet service from Axxess and they advised me that Vumatel will come and install the fibre line at my place. A few days later, a Vumatel technician came and told me that he had resolved the issue and I must wait for the SERVICE light on the fibre box to come up within an hour. It's been more than a week and the light is still off. Axxess blames Vumatel while I am still offline even though I paid for the service. Such shoddy service.
I app**** for a wifi serivice and paid the fees. 3 weeks later I have not been connected. The worst part is that their online chat and phones are so busy that on average I had to wait or hold on for an hour. Only to be told each time that only the line to my place is down and Vumatel will cone fix. Vumatel comes after a few days and pretends to have fixed it but the same problem persists. I decided to cancel the service on the basis that they have failed to deliver the promised service and their best response was to attempt to debit my account with the FINAL invoice for a service that was never delivered. They don't respond to my emails and there is virtually noone to ask or talk to regarding the account unless you are prepared to wait for an hour. This is the WORST service I have ever received from an ISP
I have always school stationery from DC Books without issues. This time around I ordered in December in time for school opening 15 January 2026. The communication has been extremely poor. Their phone number doesn't gp through and the chat is overloaded and no agents are available to assist. Schools have opened and the stationery is not yet delivered.
Fruugo is a big ****. I ordered goods on 02 September 2024 with an expected delivery date of 02 October 2024. Once the delivery date passed, Fruugo stopped communicating and its been more than 3 weeks. I still haven't received the goods and there is no hope that I will receive them. I wish i had read the comments.
The repairs took much longer than was promised. They did not keep me updated on progress. I had to follow up constantly.
So I applied for a new contract and pre-ordered the IPhone 13 online. I got confirmation from both the system and a consultant that application was approved. And then the horror movie started. The next day a consultant said the application was auto cancelled and I must reapply and another one said it was declined. And then consultant after consultant started calling me daily asking how they can help me but noone helped me with anything besides making empty promises to call me later. I am expecting more useless calls.
Travelstart cancelled my entire booking after I was assured that only one passenger’s booking will be cancelled. Now they don’t respond on their online chats nor to my emails. Their phones no longer work. And the departure date is approaching. What kind of service is this?
