If there is 0 star, that what they should get. My car is sitting there for over 3 weeks, where it should have been done in 10 working days - it went in QC in second week, and after that nothing. Apparently something was wrong with color. No communication and nothing happening even after I phone them. My service advisor Xolani is totally useless. I am still sitting without my car, not knowing what is the problem. And you think they offered curtesy car? ha ha ha, why anyone uses renew-it as preferred repairer?

The process of booking the car in was seamless and efficient, and collecting it once the repairs were completed was just as smooth. The team handled everything in a friendly professional manner, making the whole experience stress-free. The repairs were completed to a very high standard and within a great turnaround time. A special mention must go to Anil, the service advisor, for his outstanding service. He kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process, was always friendly and professional, and ensured we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Anil is truly an asset to the company.
