useless service

If there is 0 star, that what they should get. My car is sitting there for over 3 weeks, where it should have been done in 10 working days - it went in QC in second week, and after that nothing. Apparently something was wrong with color. No communication and nothing happening even after I phone them. My service advisor Xolani is totally useless. I am still sitting without my car, not knowing what is the problem. And you think they offered curtesy car? ha ha ha, why anyone uses renew-it as preferred repairer?

Oral b consumer service

I bought new Oral B tooth brush in Dischem, after my old one stopped working . But it is faulty, charging indicator doesn't work and battery drains after few usages. Apparently Oral B doesn't work like other companies, they don't replace your faulty toothbrush immediately, they send courier to fetch it from you, evaluate it, and then decide what to do. Even if you just unhappy with product , they don't want to refund you. There is no resolution time, and my email wasn't answered for 2 days (I had to send proof of purchase) no matter it was escalated. And still no sign of any manager to speak to.

Subaru Bryanston - car pricing and promises

I wanted to buy Subaru Forester 2.5 Sport and went to Edenvale dealership where they told me that new vehicles are coming only in November/December and that there will be price increase from 1st of October. Then I contacted Cedric Steyer in your dealership and he told me that he will get vehicle in old price (R611,000) in November, I just have to put the deposit to secure the car. I test drove car with him. Because of that I sold two days later my car privately (he didn’t offer market value on trade in) and when I wanted to put deposit for new Subaru, he told me that there is no car for old price and he will get only one car in December (of course with increased price). That was totally unacceptable from him to make me believe that I can get the car in November still with old price. I probably wouldn’t sell my car if I knew what was happening.

pool renovation that shouldn't be used

i had them to re-gel my fiberglass pool, after 2 months spots appeared that lost coating. For 6 months trying to get them to repair it, listening to various excuses and promises (cold weather , we are not running away etc.) but they never came. Friends had similar experience and had to pay for pool bladder to empty the pool so he would come.
