Extremely poor service.
I am so disappointed in axxess and their poor service, i have been begging for service since the 3rd of this month till date, I requested for service was told the fiber line has an active ISP, i must provide proof of address and a photo with the fiber ONT showing serial number so they can try to activate.I spoke to Lonwabo who called Vumatel and gave me a call back to say all has been sorted and axess had sent me a payment link. After I told him that if this is not sorted by the end of yesterday, I am approaching another service provider, DO NOT USE AXXESS AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, IF YOU WANT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY WILL ***** FROM YOU AND GIVE 0 SERVICE
I just spoke to technical support and the line is not activated got an error email after paying saying activation failed due to ONT being when it was actually On. What a terrible service, i want my refund and will approach a different service provuder
