My WiFi has been down since Saturday, have been calling the support number for hours and hours no reply, tried WhatsApp support still no one response, thinking of cancelling my subcontractors and get a better service provider
The CoT electrical section is providing a bad service to its paying customers, they have hired incompetent service provider who don't even hire professional technicians to do work, I have been out of electricity from the early hours of Sunday, reported the matter immediately with the call centre, since Sunday, even today Monday at 19H00 pm no technician showed up to look at matter, this fault was caused by their implementation of loadshedding, I am now taking legal action against the City for damages suffered during the 18hours black out
I have been with outsurance for more than 7years, my vehicle was involved in an accident and outsurance declared the vehicle a write off, at first they agreed and evoked the shortfall insurance and now the insurance want to only settle for book value and they say the shortfall insurance would not apply bcos the vehicle had extras from the dealer, I have no idea why shortfall insurance cannot pay the difference and I have been paying for it all along, the vehicle is standard from the day I bought from BMW
