They deserve a zero rating, you call for urgent services they don’t pick up. You go to their accounts department still no service! Should be the most useless municipality. You really need to take your staff to the city of Cape Town to see how a city is run and how professionalism is. Your staff aren’t even qualified to do their work, your electrical technicians are just nonsense!

Ward 3, westpark, pretoria west, there is no ward councillor in the whole area, infrastructure are not maintained, complaints to customer care are not taken seriously, property owners in ward are not assisted at all ,why do we have to pay for services when there are no one to complain to ,no one assisting, why do staff need to get paid a monthly salary, but do not work fisically, this is a huge concern

I've been struggling to get my refund for almost 6 years now. I've sent many follow up emails. They sent me the refund form a few months back which I completed and went to the bank for the official stamp. After returning the form with required documents, I received no more responses after sending so many follow up emails. At one stage I was told to go into the office and I said I'm not in Pretoria anymore. I asked them to explain to me the reason for having to go into the office if I have returned the refund form. I was then ignored again.
