The after sales service at Vumatel and Sadv is non existent.We experience outage on 27 May waking up with no service until 11:30.It is understood that thr problem was attributed to cable theft/vandalism,my son is enrolled for online education and couldn't access his portal at school due to network connectivity.I reached out to Vuma and Sadv requesting a letter stating that they had network interruption,I sent an email mail requesting such,I am sent from pillar to post.The e mail provided is not functional not to mention what's up line.Please perk up your service.

I ordered a new wifi Package on 6 May 2026 and have to pay upfront for the Internet and to date still waiting on the wifi to be activated and I was sent an invoice on Friday as if I am able to use the Wifi. The service is already billed for wifi that is not active. On whatsapp my chats get closed and nothing is sorted. Today I am chatting to the 6th consultant and day after day I am told that it was escalated and the Tech department will sort this ASAP. It is today the 5th day with no success in getting this problem solved. In the meantime I am not able to respond to any emails that could mean possible business which is very frustrating.

The lack of accountability, urgency, and effective communication from your support team has been deeply frustrating. I have received repeated apologies, yet no meaningful resolution has been provided. At this stage, the responses appear recycled rather than substantive, while the actual problems remain unresolved. The connection has now ceased functioning entirely. A company’s conduct is ultimately a reflection of its leadership. Venita Engelbrecht, as Managing Director, I urge you to consider whether this level of service reflects the standards SADV claims to uphold. Public reviews and customer complaints suggest this is not an isolated incident, but rather a recurring pattern of poor service delivery and inadequate customer support. SADV has failed to provide the reliable internet service I paid for, leaving my business without stable connectivity for weeks. Apologies do not restore WiFi, recover lost productivity, or reverse the financial impact caused by this ongoing failure. I paid for a functioning service not repeated apologies and empty assurances. At this point, this can no longer be dismissed as a minor technical issue. It reflects a broader failure in service delivery and customer care. From a customer’s perspective, it appears that urgency and accountability disappear the moment payment has been received. I require immediate action to restore a reliable connection, not further explanations, delays, or temporary reassurances. Until this matter is properly resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend SADV to others. Fix the service. Stop wasting customers’ time.

Absolute worst service. Do not join! The process is tedious, unproductive, and communication is almost nonexistent. I downgraded my package and have been waiting for reconnection for days now. I made it clear that I work from home and need a stable connection, but nothing has been resolved. I’ve spoken to 5 different agents and received the exact same response every time: “It’s being escalated to a supervisor.” Still no feedback, no update, and no solution. Extremely disappointing customer service and poor handling of urgent issues.

I have been trying since 17-Apr-26, to just get a countersigned agreement and an account manager to contact me, the matter has been escalated over 6 times and each time they have no one to assist or no one gets back to you. The worst service I have ever experienced from any company. I have no idea how they are even still in service.

Good day I'm a very unhappy customer. I contacted SADV to help me with re-activating my wifi they told me to pay and that I would be using my old router. I wasnt told to keep it on I'm only told later when I contact them again they take time to even refer me to an agent to help me with the issue I paid like they told me only switched the router on later they told me to wait an hour I've waited for over an hour since yesterday now today I was told to wait 3 days I dont know which is which. Now I have to wait for long to access my internet. This is truly dissapointing and not fair

I paid vumatel yesterday and my service provider is sadv. Still no internet. I paid at 13h00 and some lady called around 14h00 confirming my details and said she it sending it for reconnection. Today again no one helping me. Im still not connected, I'm so ****ing frustrated. What is so difficult? Vumatel and sadv is playing with people. I'm so angry because I paid yesterday and no service. What the hell are they doing there if they are not working.
