The after sales service at Vumatel and Sadv is non existent.We experience outage on 27 May waking up with no service until 11:30.It is understood that thr problem was attributed to cable theft/vandalism,my son is enrolled for online education and couldn't access his portal at school due to network connectivity.I reached out to Vuma and Sadv requesting a letter stating that they had network interruption,I sent an email mail requesting such,I am sent from pillar to post.The e mail provided is not functional not to mention what's up line.Please perk up your service.
