The after sales service at Vumatel and Sadv is non existent.We experience outage on 27 May waking up with no service until 11:30.It is understood that thr problem was attributed to cable theft/vandalism,my son is enrolled for online education and couldn't access his portal at school due to network connectivity.I reached out to Vuma and Sadv requesting a letter stating that they had network interruption,I sent an email mail requesting such,I am sent from pillar to post.The e mail provided is not functional not to mention what's up line.Please perk up your service.
On Saturday 03 January I bought 15 pieces of chicken at KFC Diepkloof square,to my surprise when I reached home only 13 pieces were in a bucket. I am not inclined to check and verify order on spot simply because it's unhygienic to be fiddling a meal for family consumption.I expect my order to be as it is because I pay with my hard earned cash.Please raise the bar and give public the decency it deserves.
Absa activate short term insurance,is continuing with its 'sado masochist' practice,for the past 4 months they made my life a misery.Initially they offered a ridiculous settlement after it's client wrote off my car.Having fought for a better offer they agreed on a reasonable settlement through their so called QMB associates.My hurdles is now they are holding payment and will pay within 21 days.They are so resolute to destroy livelihoods and only care about savings and making profit.

Arrogant Zweli Mashele and his cost saving exercise at my expense,ABSA client negligently rear ends my vehicle at a red robot and write it off.Offer me a ridiculous amount.
