Lack of feedback, poor communication
I app**** for a life cover in April and my banker is still yet to get back to me with an update. I keep emailing him and he sometimes responses and no one is giving me feedback, Im still waiting for the nurse to call and my policy was supposed to start May ,im still waiting for feedback, I requested for a new banker as this is taking too long!!!!!!!!!!1 reply

False advise given
Last month I queried charges that were not supposed to go off my account, now I have been charged over R600 for account fees. Clearly this is not what was discussed with Lindiwe and this won't work out. Please call me as I'd like to downgrade my account.This is not the pro-rata discussed and don't advise clients nonsense either.1 reply

Nonsense charges
