Absolute worst service. Do not join!

The process is tedious, unproductive, and communication is almost nonexistent. I downgraded my package and have been waiting for reconnection for days now. I made it clear that I work from home and need a stable connection, but nothing has been resolved.

I’ve spoken to 5 different agents and received the exact same response every time: “It’s being escalated to a supervisor.” Still no feedback, no update, and no solution.

Extremely disappointing customer service and poor handling of urgent issues.
