Good day I'm a very unhappy customer. I contacted SADV to help me with re-activating my wifi they told me to pay and that I would be using my old router. I wasnt told to keep it on I'm only told later when I contact them again they take time to even refer me to an agent to help me with the issue I paid like they told me only switched the router on later they told me to wait an hour I've waited for over an hour since yesterday now today I was told to wait 3 days I dont know which is which. Now I have to wait for long to access my internet. This is truly dissapointing and not fair
