Words fail me at how poor Netflix service is. Netflix must be the only global company who does not allow for debit order dates to be changed. Netflix changed my debit order date from the 25th to the 19th of each month and now I have to cancel my account and create a new account and pay again. UNACCEPTABLE!! I have been trying to cancel but it does not cancel and no one to assist. Extremely upset.

I did unsubscribe from Netflix cause of financial reasons. Still they taking my money. Now I find out that I needed to a cancellation not unsubscribe, it's the F5#&kE^ same thing. Now for 3 months I battle to send you emails to complain.

I paid my Netflix account on the 01 of May and few days later I made a mistake of upgrading my account than I immediately went to my account and changed it back. So today they have locked my account and I explained to them why happened they sent emails tha shows that the mistake was corrected immediately, now they refuse to unlock my account. I spent almost 2 hours with them and they failed to provide proof that I streamed as the first agent said I used services but when I tell him I have not and asked Him to go in to my account than he changed the story. Am very disappointed by this

I paid my Netflix account on the 01 of May and few days later I made a mistake of upgrading my account than I immediately went to my account and changed it back. Its a struggle when my 4 year old or other kids watch. No setting to allow for restrictions. My 4 year old ends up watching anything which mostly has violence in and he now displays this behaviour. Also it is shocking the content the kids are exposed to, the violence, anger, fear and sensationalism in these programmes. Now wonder this world has so many problems.

I have cancelled this account on the 27th February and instead they emailed me to say it will end on the 17th April I don't know why because I never requested signed up with Netflix to add their account on my DSTV account. I don't want anything to do with Netflix, they're imposing themselves on me and this is annoying!

I need this number to be removed from my profile I don’t have it anymore 0724004621 , everytime when I tried to remove it send an otp to it before I can change it so I need you guys to delete it from your side so that I can be able to put the new one. I have cancelled my subscription months ago, they sent me an email confirming the cancellation. However, they keep on deducting the subscription fee from my bank account. Capitec says they cannot stop or reverse it, because it's not a debit order but a subscription. My emails to Netflix about this goes unanswered ans so I am paying R99 per month for something that's been cancelled. Can someone please help me?
