Update phone number

Good day Can one of you please assist me , I have spoken to your agents and they don’t seems to understand me . I need this number to be removed from my profile I don’t have it anymore 0724004621 , everytime when I tried to remove it send an otp to it before I can change it so I need you guys to delete it from your side so that I can be able to put the new one. Thanks in advance
