Good day, I want to reconnect my fibre and I was on the call with one of your agent and we got cut and she didn’t bother to call me back all I need is for you guys to reactivate my account so that I can be able to pay my account I only used the 15 days trial and never paid it there after. Good day Can one of you please assist me , I have spoken to your agents and they don’t seems to understand me . Bad service about your reps
Good day , two weeks back I came across one of your sales reps at Garankuwa zone 16. Ocean cash and curry and is owned by Somalis and I asked the lady of the name Violet to assist me as I have recently opened a ****a shop and she did ask me to send her a home location via WhatsApp of which I did did but now two weeks down the line she doesn’t get back to me. Now my question is Coca Cola South Africa only helping foreigners???
