I have cancelled my subscription months ago, they sent me an email confirming the cancellation. However, they keep on deducting the subscription fee from my bank account. Capitec says they cannot stop or reverse it, because it's not a debit order but a subscription. My emails to Netflix about this goes unanswered ans so I am paying R99 per month for something that's been cancelled. Can someone please help me?
I app**** for a wifi router in April 2022. When I received it, it worked only when I test it at my work address, not my home. Finally found out MTN capoed the fixed router to only work at my work address, although I wanted it for my home. I have been trying now for a full year to get MTN to take it back and cancel the contract which I haven't been able to use once. Now they handed my account over for recovery. What the heck??? Why would I order a wifi in my own name for use at my work? They made a big mistake and now they don't want to rectify it. I am so sick of emailing over and over again with no positive result. Their customer service clearly is of no use to the customer!!
I applied for wifi. Received it after 2 weeks, but have battled to get it set up for 2 months. They just don't answer the call centre. Eventually I managed to get hold of someone via email. After a month's correspondence I found out that they set it up so that the mobile wifi only works at my delivery address, which is my work address! I told them to send a courier to fetch their wifi, I am not interested in their bad service and to not debit my account. They just debited my account. For something I cannot use. I am not amused! Bad bad service!!

I opened an account over the phone, no Bidvest near me. Someone tried to hack my account. Bidvest blocked my card. I now have to pay for a new card because their security isn't up to scratch. Now I try to get my money transferred to my Capitec account. All of a sudden they can't verify it's really me either over the phone, which they have the number on file. Or by email, which address they have on file. I just want what little money I tried to save but they are very uncooperative. No help at all actually
On Monday 8 Oct, I handed in a parcel to be sent overnight. I told the manager, Mandla, that it was urgent. He assured me it would reach it's destination on Wednesday. It did not. When I checked on 'track my parcel' it wasn't even on the system. I went back there, and another person told me it wasn't sent out because they have no transport. And he knew on Monday, that's why he did not enter it on the system. And he did not think to inform me. I also could not get a refund because he is not at the office and the person filling in for him, refuses to refund me. What a terrible way to try and get people to make more use of the post office!
On 13 Dec 2017, my sister bought a fridge/freezer with a tag that said she will get a R4000 travel reward. She has been trying since then to get the voucher, to no avail. We wanted to go on a nice holiday, but it seems like that was just a scam! She bought it in Vanderbijlpark at Makro. I can supply purchase slips. Her computer has a virus, that is why she asked me to pursue this but she can be contacted by phone. I want to warn other consumers about this scam
I did not get a notice of renewal for my post office box, and neither did I get a notice of the price increase, which went from R240 to R380. When I went to collect my mail, my box was locked. (So was the box of my employer, by the way. They also did not get any of these notices) When I asked the lady at the counter, she was rude to the point where I wanted to asked if she really wanted to work with customers. In the end, I closed my box, because it's way too much for the service. When I asked what about my mail in the box, she replied after I had to ask for a second time - return to sender. I had to interrupt her chat with a friend, while she was supposedly helping me. So now I have a dilemma, because we also don't get mail delivered to our street addresses, although they are supposed to deliver. Now I don't know what to do because I have no way to receive my mail. And that attitude is really not what you would expect from people working with the public!!!
I got a walker as a present. It broke the first time when I put my baby in. They want to give the same walker in exchange. It's bad quality, I don't want the same. No slip. No refund. Even if their sticker is still on the walker. Not good customer service at all
