Hi I purchased an item from them in April. I had no transport to exchange the item. However when I got there today. They say its past 30 days. I do understand terms and conditions however I have everything in its original packaging together with slip

Jet northgate brunch is doing back & forths and i am so frustrated Its been a week and 3 days and i haven’t received my refund They gave me a call on friday asking me to call my bank because money is hanging with my bank when i called the bank didn’t have the money 10 days for a refund that was promised in 3 days???

Good day I bought a curtain that was on sale on the 13/04/26 at the jet store at the Phoenix plaza.. I did not open the item and check the curtain at the time as I did not need to use it then and I trusted the Quality of Jet. On the 21/05 26 I decided to open the item as I needed to use it and when I opened it it had a stain or so I thought, so I didn't bother as I thought it come off once I Washed it however it was not a stain but a reject patch that looked like a stain. I took the curtain back to jet at the Phoenix store and the store manager Sihle refused to take it back and was told after I explained to him as to when I opened the item,he said it's against the policy and also it's what I say,which to me seems like he was indirectly calling me a ****, he was rude and abrupt when I was talking to him he was walking away. And asked the cashier to answer my question. I never again shop at jet and I will put this up on other platforms about the kind of service jet has to offer... very very poor. Hope to get a response soon. Thank you Mrs Y Chetty

I have just experienced the worst service, I paid for an item using pay just now . The money went off on my bank however it didn’t reflect on their end because of their system issue. I was told to go home and wait for the money to reverse, what if it doesn’t reverse? Who must travel again to promenade liberty mall? There was absolutely no empathy nothing, I want my money, as it stands I’ve lost my money and I don’t have the item I purchased . So basically I’m a stupid fool?

Jet at Boitekong mall in Rusternburg, I've been here since 09:30am... I'm the only customer, I found them dragging this things they use to hang clothes, thing doesn't have wheels, so just imagine the noise it makes, if you have sensitive teeth you wouldn't stay there for that...I was assisted 30mins later...why not prepare before customers arrive...the level of professionalism in this stores has dropped, it's really disappointing

I went to Jet to exchange items I received as a gift. The lady at the entrance did not even inspect whether the products were still in their original condition. She immediately said that I needed a receipt, and when I explained that I did not have one because the items were gifts, I was told that they could not assist me at all. What concerns me is that I was requesting an exchange, not a refund. From my understanding, exchanges may still be possible if the items are unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached, even without a receipt. It felt like the staff either do not fully understand the exchange policy or simply did not want to assist me. I would appreciate clarity on your official exchange policy regarding gifts and exchanges without receipts, because the service I received was disappointing and dismissive.

Worst experience ever with Jet vangate mall I made a layby life happened was forced to cancel it first I was told they don't have a float yet then I went back they told me it's too early in the morning then I lost the slip they told me that I need to take something of the exact value as they cannot refund me and the attitude
