I WANT MY MONEY

I have just experienced the worst service, I paid for an item using pay just now . The money went off on my bank however it didn’t reflect on their end because of their system issue.

I was told to go home and wait for the money to reverse, what if it doesn’t reverse? Who must travel again to promenade liberty mall?

There was absolutely no empathy nothing, I want my money, as it stands I’ve lost my money and I don’t have the item I purchased . So basically I’m a stupid fool?
