I WANT MY MONEY
I have just experienced the worst service, I paid for an item using pay just now . The money went off on my bank however it didn’t reflect on their end because of their system issue. I was told to go home and wait for the money to reverse, what if it doesn’t reverse? Who must travel again to promenade liberty mall? There was absolutely no empathy nothing, I want my money, as it stands I’ve lost my money and I don’t have the item I purchased . So basically I’m a stupid fool?

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - TUKELO IS RUDE
*********** and rude staff, his name was Tukelo who reports to team leader by the name of Christilla. After not being able to sort out an error that was done by them the agent refused to pass me over to a manager and he was very rude over the phone with sarcastic laughs in between .

Bad Service
My sister and I placed and order for Christmas clothes for our kids the delivery was supposed to be done within 2-5 business days . The order was placed on the 28th of November and till today we have not received it , when we call and dm you on all platforms you guys don’t reply which means we will have kids with no Christmas clothes . The last update was that the order has been shipped and that was on the 8th of December till today there’s no movement nothing this is absolutely disgusting and not fair .

DECEMBER DEDUCTIONS
Stop debiting money from my account I get paid on the last day of the month even in DECEMBER. I'm currently on a - 400 meaning by the time I get paid I'll be on a - 2000.Now tell me how will I feed my kids since you busy debiting 2 times a day as if I owe you money . It's my funeral policy if I don't pay you don't cover me now STOP PUTTING ME IN DEBT UNNECESSARILY . Who will pay the bank? Do you know that I'm a single parent for all this nonsense you guys are busy doing I plan and budget for each and every single cent and you guys are inconviencing me. WHO WILL PAY THOSE BANK CHARGES? STOP IT BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU GUYS MY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT IS THE LAST DAY OF EVERY SINGLE MONTH

Provident fund
It has been over a month now since I've been waiting for constructive feedback regarding my Provident fund.Whenever I call I'm told different stories and it's actually very disappointing and annoying since you guys were taking the money from me for a full 2 years.I want my money.My friend told me she waited for 4 months before she received her money from you guys and I will not tolerate that.
