A few weeks ago i bought few items my parcel got lost, so I decide to send an email to one of they Customer consultants name Randall, oh the respond I got was super amazing they, called the courier company tying the recover my parcel, send email to let me know how far is the progress, they final got it and it was shipped to me the next day all in good condition, I truly appreciate that kind of service thank you

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience with your establishment. I purchased a Medium Alexa White Jacket through the Polo website; however, to my dismay, the order was cancelled without any notification or explanation. I only became aware of the cancellation after logging into the app myself. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I visited the physical Polo store, I was informed that the item was still available in stock. Unfortunately, I was unable to place another order for the jacket. In addition, my previous order for the same jacket still reflects as “Processing” on the app, despite the item already having been collected. This indicates a lack of accurate order management and communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received, particularly the lack of communication regarding the cancellation and the absence of a dedicated customer service line to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Since 2024 I have complained that I did not receive my discounts when making online purchases. They reported that that they have escalated the matter each and every time but have never received feedback or corresponding refunds from the company! It’s extremely poor service - it’s not that they are giving you anything for free. I’m supposed to be a diamond status member and the online site is terrible! I won’t be buying polo again and would not advise anyone else to buy polo either!

Since 2024 I have complained that I did not receive my discounts when making online purchases. I had the worst customer experience with Polo Ralph Lauren online store. I placed an order on 23 January 2026 and was told delivery would take 3–5 business days. It ended up taking almost two weeks. When the pants finally arrived, I received the wrong size. I ordered an XL, but they sent me a 2XL with an XL price tag attached. I requested a return the same day, and it was approved immediately. It has now been three weeks since the return was accepted, and no one has come to collect the item. I have still not received my refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I receive a different explanation. I’m repeatedly told the issue has been escalated to the delivery company and that they will contact me before collection, but nothing ever happens. The lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and wasted time have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from their online store.

Poor customer services, they don't correspond to mails. Placed an order on the 6th December 2025, they communicated with me on the 18th December informing me about an unavailable item due to overselling. I instantly reponsed to mail in quest for parcel direction, due to seasonal break holidays. Requested was not considered, presume as on the 23rd December 2025 courier called me asking my whereabouts as they will at my place to deliver. Requested courier to reschedule for January 2026, none of that happened. When I'm enquiring about my order via email they are not replying. Done numerous attempts to contact them via telephone, no response still.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered Two, 3 packs of underwear and only one was delivered. Tried phoning their number, no one picks up the phone… I tried emailing, no one gets back to you. It’s absolutely pathetic how a business could be run so shockingly. Now i’m left in the dark with half my order missing.

I placed an order, money taken from my account, order number given and now I can’t track anything AND the order cannot be found. When you try contacting their customer service - be it email, phone or social media … absolutely NO ONE gets back to you. Absolutely putrid service from such a “high end” brand. If I could give a 0, I would.
