Poor refund service and feedback!
Since 2024 I have complained that I did not receive my discounts when making online purchases. They reported that that they have escalated the matter each and every time but have never received feedback or corresponding refunds from the company! It’s extremely poor service - it’s not that they are giving you anything for free. I’m supposed to be a diamond status member and the online site is terrible! I won’t be buying polo again and would not advise anyone else to buy polo either!

Don’t use Azania Huge Telekom
This guy s possibly the worst service provider to work with. This company is supposed to work with Huge Telkom for the functioning of my internet and telephone lines at my practice. We have had recurring problems with the lines and equipment and have had no functioning telephone lines since January. They fail to take calls or do repairs but continue to debit my account

Worst service provider!!
This is the worst service provider. I have contacted the repeatedly for my promised refund , as the 5G network never worked. I have been told repeatedly my case has been escalated and that a manager will contact me - this has never happened. Instead I was debited twice!! And run up phone bills trying to get someone to assis me! Don't believe the adverts- Rain definitely does not l8ve up to claims!!

Luno theft
I downloaded this app and invested my hard earned money in buying cryptocurrency as this was supposed to be the wave of the future and this app was supposedly very reputable without the risk of being hacked Without my authorisation the my account was hacked and all my funds stolen. I couldn't even find a contact number to reach them on when the problem Was occurring and now all my cash has been stolen. There is also apparently no way to reverse this - they can't reverse the transfer. This is just nonsense! Rather keep your money in the bank!!! Very disappointing!!!! Would not recommend anyone to use this app!!!

refuse to respond to damaged property
i had ordered an item on superbalist and when it was delivered 2 weeks ago, the driver rammed into our gate, damaging the motor and rails and pushing the gate off the rails. I contacted them immediately , sent quotes and pictures but to date they have not bothered to respond.

telephonic robbery
I run a small business and the above company was recommended to me as I needed reliable telephonic services. This was mid 2017 that we met and I then engaged their services - I was promised that I would have good coverage and at a cheaper rate as well as not requiring Telkom, but this proved untrue. Since then , I have had incessant problems - days to weeks with calls being dropped, patients and doctors complain that they cannot get through to my rooms - we have tried several times to contact the service provider to resolve the issue, however they then make empty promises and blame telkom - Telkom says there is nothing they can do to help as it is not a fault with their lines. Even today, as I type this complaint, we have no calls coming through to my business! I have requested to end the contract so that I could change to Telkom and was informed that I had to pay R126 000 to rescind the contract. Now I'm stuck paying the samsung bills and the Telkom bills which they told me initially that I would not require! This is deplorable service ! I recommend that no one use this service! they show a complete lack of interest that my business is losing clients due to their inefficient service yet I must continue to pay for such service!

Doesn’t pay service providers
This is the worst medical aid ever! I have seen their patients , charged at medical aid rates and even traveled out to assess and deliver their patients at other hospitals but I haven’t been paid since 2016! They have received the claims but refuse to pay! I would recommend no doctor treat patients from this medical scheme ! They are obviously fraudulent and I will be reporting them to the medical schemes board as well as the board of healthcare providers! Service providers be ware!

ongoing fraud
<p>several years ago I placed my staff on medical aid with discovery - a year ago a staff member was fired for fraud / stealing and i asked discovery to cancel her medical aid - despite this they continue to withdraw cash from my account for her medical aid. my bank has contacted them and even tried to stop the withdrawal however they are unable to do so and discovery is unwilling to stop the withdrawals. they were extremely unhelpful and had the audacity to say that they would continue the withdrawals. unfortunately i now have to make a police report and the matter cannot be put to rest.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am extremely unhappy and would advise against employers placing staff on this medical aid </p>

Victim of crime and the insurance company!
<p>this is without a doubt the worst insurance company ever and I would recommend no-one ever use this company. We were robbed just before Christmas 2016 - completely wiped out!! We have been with this company for many years - more than 20 years - not only have we received no help from the police but this company has the gall not to assist when we need it most ! We are well know members of the community and we are treated as if we are liars and somehow made off with goods ourselves. I will use whatever influence I have to make sure that no one ever insures with this company - sure this may be very few but if I can save even one person from this company, it would be worth while !!! Imagine paying R8500 per month for 20years without a single claim and now when faced with a devastating situation we are not given our insurance amount ( not that it even covers all that we have lost! 20 years x 12 x R8500 = R ********** - this is not even considering the interest they probably earned of this money!!</p> <p> </p> <p>dont waste your time people - use any other insurance company! Or just put your money in the bank for a rainy day ! This company is a big a rouge as they come, I will personally be moving all my accounts elsewhere!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>if I could give them a zero rating I would!</p>

Talk about being kept waiting
<p>It's a simple story - a complaint about m sure many people have - I bought a dstv from a Games - And paid for installation! This was in February- the company Ellis came out once in march to assess said installation and never returned- everything is still in its box!! </p>
