The worst private hospital, my phone stolen when unconscious and when I asked for assistance I was sent from pillar to post
I was admitted and my iPhone my stolen. The time I realized it was missing since I couldn't move I just thought it is somewhere on my bed because I did not think it could be stolen. When the nurse who helped me bath in the morning came I told her to help look for it but we could not find it. The matter was taken up with the ward manager who did absolutely nothing until I was discharged and on countless times I called the hospital ward and my calls were not return until recently that when I called I got feedback which I demanded to be written. In a nutshell if you want to loss something go Med-clinic Polokwane, the feedback states that I was oriented about lockers, how do to claim to have orientated a patient who was sedated and just came out of theatre, can't even walk to reach those lockers, really now. A private facility that can't even have access to their CCTV footage and see what happened to my phone.
The PEP store service sucks big time. I lost my phone and I visited the store to change the number so I can be able to load the 1000 voucher I bought, the store staff said I should call customer care which I did and still I got no assistance as I was told to go back to the store as they are the only ones who can update the number. I had to up and downs for more than 3 hrs still not getting assistance. I asked them to refund me of the voucher I purchased as I was worried I might lose it but also that is not possible.
