Good day I bought a curtain that was on sale on the 13/04/26 at the jet store at the Phoenix plaza.. I did not open the item and check the curtain at the time as I did not need to use it then and I trusted the Quality of Jet. On the 21/05 26 I decided to open the item as I needed to use it and when I opened it it had a stain or so I thought, so I didn't bother as I thought it come off once I Washed it however it was not a stain but a reject patch that looked like a stain. I took the curtain back to jet at the Phoenix store and the store manager Sihle refused to take it back and was told after I explained to him as to when I opened the item,he said it's against the policy and also it's what I say,which to me seems like he was indirectly calling me a ****, he was rude and abrupt when I was talking to him he was walking away. And asked the cashier to answer my question.
I never again shop at jet and I will put this up on other platforms about the kind of service jet has to offer... very very poor. Hope to get a response soon. Thank you Mrs Y Chetty
