Hi I purchased an item from them in April. I had no transport to exchange the item. However when I got there today. They say its past 30 days. I do understand terms and conditions however I have everything in its original packaging together with slip
I recently purchased a bed from Mattress King in Cornubia. The bed was delivered on 9 Dec 2017. (approx.)Last night at around 1am the bed collapsed. As a result one leg along with the wooden frame on one side is broken. I called the customer care this morning. I was advised that no one is able to assist as they only return to work on 15 Jan. I then called Cornubia , where I spoke to the branch manager. He took down my details and promised to send out a consultant , but to no avail. I currently do not have a bed to sleep on and no one including the manager has bothered to call me back with positive or negative feedback.
