Active since May 2024
I paid my Netflix account on the 01 of May and few days later I made a mistake of upgrading my account than I immediately went to my account and changed it back. So today they have locked my account and I explained to them why happened they sent emails tha shows that the mistake was corrected immediately, now they refuse to unlock my account. I spent almost 2 hours with them and they failed to provide proof that I streamed as the first agent said I used services but when I tell him I have not and asked Him to go in to my account than he changed the story. Am very disappointed by this
I was experiencing some serious problems regarding my account But Jeofry was very helpful and understanding. Especially cause it was already after hours
