Content for kids

Its a struggle when my 4 year old or other kids watch. No setting to allow for restrictions. My 4 year old ends up watching anything which mostly has violence in and he now displays this behaviour. Also it is shocking the content the kids are exposed to, the violence, anger, fear and sensationalism in these programmes. Now wonder this world has so many problems.
