This is a worst ISP. There has never been a month we never had a problem with connection. They are forever down, and when electricity goes off they have no backup plan to keep their customers connected. When you call them to report they don't even pick their phones, you get sent from pillar to post.

Horrible service!!!!! I've been disconnected from 19/05/2026 from 13H00, no communication to date from Linteg regarding the outage, yest I'm still expected to pay in full month end. The number 010 300 0083 is not useful at all.

This has to be the WORST service experienced in MY LIFE. You can never get through to the call centre. I was holding on for 1 hour and after being number 1 on the queue my call was dropped. I am working from Home and I need proper connection, and I was without service for over 48 hours.

I have been paying for 50mbps for months but my speed never goes above 15mbps, i have been checking countless times using the LAN and trough the wifi router but nothing changes, the issue was reported but i still haven't received anything help, this is day light *******, paying for 50mbps package while getting a mere 15mbps

I am absolutely livid. I have been a paying customer since 2024 and have consistently paid my account on time, yet my internet has been disconnected without justification after payment was already made. This is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of support. I have sent multiple emails and spent hours on hold trying to get assistance, but I cannot get through to anyone. This level of service is appalling. There is no excuse for disconnecting a paying customer, and even less excuse for ignoring them when they try to resolve the issue. This has caused serious disruption, and it reflects a complete failure in both billing and customer service. I expect my service to be reconnected immediately. I also expect a clear explanation of how this happened, confirmation that my payment has been correctly allocated, and assurance that this will not happen again. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether to continue using this provider.

I even have a reference ticket (#400244), yet there has been absolutely no follow-up or communication. It makes me question the purpose of having a call centre if customers can’t get through to anyone or receive any support. This level of service is very frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend Linteg Fibre based on my experience.
