Bad Service, extremely Bad..

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Linteg Fibre. I have been trying to get assistance for quite some time now, but no one answers the calls and there is no response to emails either.

I even have a reference ticket (#400244), yet there has been absolutely no follow-up or communication. It makes me question the purpose of having a call centre if customers can’t get through to anyone or receive any support.

This level of service is very frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend Linteg Fibre based on my experience.
