Horrible service!!!!! I've been disconnected from 19/05/2026 from 13H00, no communication to date from Linteg regarding the outage, yest I'm still expected to pay in full month end. The number 010 300 0083 is not useful at all.
False advertising I pay my TV license every year, this year they were advertising R50 voucher after payment is received to date I'm still waiting
Poor service Accounts department not allocating payments incorrect suspension. *********** agents

Truworths online is such a disappointment. I've order boots online which was on sale, got the delivery from Cresta Truworths only to find out the size was incorrect. It was a size 4 box (correct) with the incorrect size 5 inside. The sale has now ended and there is no size 4. This is very disappointing and poor customer service.
Poor service and false advertising. I am still waiting for my December premium as advertised to be paid by Clientele I've paid all my premiums including the December 2024 one.... I've been sending email to date no reply.... poor service
Poor customer service. I an still waiting for feedback on my account. I called head office from the Cresta branch I spoke to Yamkela call reference 12/02/2025 @ 12:54 who promised me he wil escalate my complaint and his supervisor Z. Ibrahim will send me a confirmation email. I haven't received feedback..poor service!!!
Standard bank Cresta branch, the staff at the Cresta branch has no respect for clients and their jobs, I sat for 50 minutes without being attending too, the others were on lunch the others were just roaming around while there clients waiting to be assisted. Three consultants just got up after assisting their clients, others went to the back others went out. There is no way that they were all on lunch because they are supposed to relieve each other. i ended up leaving without being assisted. Please look into this is very unprofessional.
My mother has not been using her tymebank card for some time now, she received an EFT payment, but is not able to withdraw the funds because it keeps saying the bank card pin is incorrect. We've tried to reset/change the pin at the machine no luck... she does not have an online profile we tried to create one but it says her account has been locked. The call Centre staff are not help full at all, she really needs the money.... please advise how this can be resolved?
Poor service.... no feedback, I've send an email to update my banking details for my home loan debit order, to date no feedback... this is the second month I am struggling
