I am absolutely livid.
I have been a paying customer since 2024 and have consistently paid my account on time, yet my internet has been disconnected without justification after payment was already made. This is completely unacceptable.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of support. I have sent multiple emails and spent hours on hold trying to get assistance, but I cannot get through to anyone. This level of service is appalling.
There is no excuse for disconnecting a paying customer, and even less excuse for ignoring them when they try to resolve the issue. This has caused serious disruption, and it reflects a complete failure in both billing and customer service.
I expect my service to be reconnected immediately. I also expect a clear explanation of how this happened, confirmation that my payment has been correctly allocated, and assurance that this will not happen again.
At this point, I am seriously questioning whether to continue using this provider.
