Speed that I pay for I don’t get it as agreed
Wrong porting with one way call. I can’t receive calls at all. I went several times to the Fourways mall shop but they keep on saying the escalated a call with no feedback. I spoke to the manager but still no help.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
The dstv *****ulently debited my account whereas they know that I pay them cash and when I demand my money, they don’t want to refund me even if I sent them a proof of bank statement. Please people cancel your debit orders as you will loose your money through ***** from dstv. I sent lots of emails since May till this month of August and they don’t want to pay back.
Sanlam doesn’t want to pay the money for my late brother. They take me from pillar to post. I gave them all the documents they want but they still don’t want unless they ate the money. I send email to complaint department but they don’t reply which I guess they all know what happened to that money. *******.
Good day I would like to complain about the service that I got from your company on the 4/12/21 as a retailer and as an individual. We tried to place an order for our store as always and got told that our account has been blocked First lie that I got from Ntombo, the lady who was answering the phone, was that there is no contact for account department. Second lie I left my number for her to send me details she didn’t. Thirdly she slammed the phone on my ear. As a company why do you hire a person like this? Who does she think she is? Do you allow your staff to argue with clients? Do you allow your staff to lie to clients? 1. Firstly I need an apology and compensation from your company as an individual. 2. Secondly I need an apology from her as an individual. Concerned customer.
I went to Shoprite, when I got to the till the cashier told me I didn’t weigh a pumpkin. I asked to go and weigh it and she refused, I asked her to tell the packer and the packer refused. I asked them to call a supervisor by the name of Yvonne she came and she looked at me as if she sees a toilet something and walked away express funny face. I asked the cashier again to call the manager and she pointed he is somewhere around. I felt bad because Shoprite treated me badly. The service was horrific, pathetic, disgusting and frustrating maybe because I am black then if I was white they could have jumped. I spent over 40 minutes in the shop waiting and staff was just looking. Then I decided to call customer care while in the store by the name of Chad and he said he will call the manager and the manager was not even there to answer the phone. What a disappointing and poor management from packer to cashier to Yvonne front controller to Henrick Cotzee who suddenly appeared from nowhere, maybe from smoking outside or maybe having some fun somewhere. Shoprite I will not buy from you and will encourage my friends also not to come closer there. I will publish this on the major newspapers to let people know about this service. Same manager can’t even make a decision. Poor management also.
Multichoice mislead me by ad saying upgrade from access to family and I will get compact free for a month which I did, now when I they have to upgrade they come with excuses and refuse to help by saying I was supposed to use WhatsApp but it doesn’t even help.
