This is a worst ISP. There has never been a month we never had a problem with connection. They are forever down, and when electricity goes off they have no backup plan to keep their customers connected. When you call them to report they don't even pick their phones, you get sent from pillar to post.
The treatment of these people leaves a sour taste into one's mouth. I called them about a week ago requesting for a booking for service like they promised when I took their policy. Now that it's time for them to keep the end of the bargain they are ignoring me. They requested some information of which I've given to them and now they are quiet, and my car is overdue for service, and it keeps adding the kilometers since I am using it daily.

These people are ******, if you know what's good for you never accept a call from them. They called me and offered me a service which I declined, but month end they took money from my account, and you can't even reverse your money once it's in their account. I went to the bank to stop the debit order. The unlimited people called me a day later, I told them that I canceled the debit order because I never agreed with them to debit my account to being with. To my surprise, this month again a debit order went through. I've already lost R800 of my hard earned money to them.
I would like to write a review about Auto & General. It's not everyday one get the kind of service I received from Nthabiseng from A&G. She was a great help and made my day.
This company is one that I would not even advice my worse enemy to get them as a service provider. They are more offline than online, yet come monthend they want full money from their customers. When you call them ans they hear that you want to log a call, they drop calls on your ear. It's the third day since October started, we are 3 hours online and the rest of the day off, even now we are offline as we speak and have to buy data, yet we have Wi-Fi that we pay for.
This company doesn't even deserve a single star. Their network if forever down, when you call to report their so called agents drops calls in your ear. Their so called field engineers lie to the customers and promise promises that they can't even keep. If LINTEG offers you their services pass, unless if you are happy with a dishonest company that treats it's customers unfair and doesn't care about them.
Please especially if you want to be treated with respect do not take this company as your insurance company. Once you sign in with them they don't care about you. They only pretend to care to lure you in, once you are in you'll never get taken seriously.
I had a great experience their stuff is so friendly and they put their clients first. I am so happy with their service it's a company I'd recommend to others over and over especially a lady by the name of Phindile who made sure that I was a happy customer at all times. She kept me updated with my car repairs
This is becoming irritating that I speak about this company over and over. If you have a choice never go for Lintec Fibre. Every month they are down for at least a week. Today we are on our 4th day with them being out, yet we pay every month, and when you call them you meet up with *********** people who don't even know what is happening with their own company. No one cares to update us when their connection will be back.
