This has to be the WORST service experienced in MY LIFE. You can never get through to the call centre. I was holding on for 1 hour and after being number 1 on the queue my call was dropped. I am working from Home and I need proper connection, and I was without service for over 48 hours.
I would like to acknowledge the excellent service of NTHABELENG DANSTER. She was extremely helpful and patient. Took her time to explain my policy which helped me understand more about my policy. Thank you Nthabeleng!
